Grantsville Tradition

Happy 4th of July!!!!
Every year for the 4th of July we head out to Grantsville to watch the parade in the morning. We sit out in front of Jack's moms house, Grandma Toni and watch all the fun floats, horses, military, old fire trucks, kids from the highschool, and old fashioned cars pass all decked out in red, white and blue. It is such a small town tradition and it couldn't be more fun!!!! This year my family came along with us to celebrate, it was such a blast to have Austin and my family together for a holiday. After the parade we go down to the park where they have a car show, blow up toys, food, crafts and dunking both. Austin and his friend Chris got dunked!!! I wish I would have had my camera...it was pretty hilarious! After this we head over to Austins Aunt and Uncles house where we ate yummy food until we could hardly move, then played really fun games that kicked all of our butts. You should have seen me the pregnant girl trying to do some of the things...the belly doesn't really help in my sports illiterate problem. haha Then we watch the fire works from the backyard to patriot music. It was the ending of a perfect day!
I couldn't be more proud to be a part of this country. I truly feel blessed to live among people that are willing to fight for my freedom and keep our country safe and beautiful!
