On Saturday September 4 we took our little man to the Zoo to check out all the animals. Austin and I hadn't been to the zoo since we were dating so it was fun to go back now that we have a child to share the excitement with. Brody loved all the monkeys and especially liked the giraffes, he has one in his room that he likes to wave and say hi to every morning, I think he recognized it was the same, he kept waving at them and looking at me smiling. Majority of the animals were sleeping or they could have been dead we weren't quite sure. Poor things are so bored in their 10x10 cages. They have built more and changed alot of the areas since we have been there. It looks really nice.
We had so much fun with Brody! He makes everything extra special.

Such cute pictures. What a fun birthday party! I wish we could have been there. I can't believe he is one! He is SOOOOOO cute. I hope that you are feeling good! I am getting excited for that sweet little girl to get here.

We love the zoo, we have a year pass cuz we love it so much! we should take our kids their together sometime! miss you guys!
