Every Year the Saturday before Memorial Day my family and I go up to Brigham City to put flowers on graves. Its something I look forward to doing every year. It is such a darling small town and has orchards everywhere. But, I have to say we mostly go up to eat at Maddox. :) Its the most yummy restaurant with famous fried chicken, mashed potatoes and homemade rolls. YUM!!! If you haven't been there you are missing out. We then head over to peach city drive up and order an icecream, another yummo, famous for their lemon custard ice cream. It is something we have done since I was little and I can't wait for Brody to come with us next year!

I LOVE Brigham City! I used to have soccer tournaments there all the time. I would totally live there!!
Maddox's is my favorite place! I could eat their rolls all day long!
I second Heathers comment! I could easily eat 10-12 rolls in one sitting...oh, who am I kidding, I DO eat 10-12 in one sitting!! I have also eaten at the Peach City Drive In-such good ice cream! Have you ever been to Peach Days in Sept? So much fun-if you havent I highly recommend it!
oh man the joys of eating until you might just die than you remember you have to grab chocolate on the way out for some idalidle balls love that trip.
