My MAN

For those of you that don't know.....I have a little obsession with this guy. :)

He is my all time Love and I can't image life without him in it. I often think, what did I do before I had Austin? He is my very best thing, a bit of sunshine in my day!!!

There are days that I feel it is hard to accept who you are. Do you ever feel this? It is hard to admire and love yourself when you know all the little flaws that make you imperfect. It is so easy to Love others and to see their good, but I am always the first to see the negative about myself. I think I have been on this thinking path lately because I have a new life that I am in charge of and going to be taking care of in 6 months. It gets you thinking about all the things you need to do better. So today as I was cleaning out the junk in the baby room, I ran across this paper that I got when I was in high school and it inspired me. I thought I would share it with you.


It is rewarding to find someone whom you like, but it is essential to like yourself. It is quickening to recognize that someone is a good and decent human being, but it is indispensable to view yourself as acceptable. It is a delight to discover people who are worthy of respect and admiration and love, but it is vital to believe yourself deserving of those things. For you cannot be given a life by someone else. Of all the people you will know in a lifetime, you are the only one you will never leave or loose. To the questions of your life, you are the only answer. To the problems of your life, you are the only solution.

Dinner with Friends

Last night I got together with my best friends from high school. We only get together about once a year, and when we do you can't shut us up. We have so much fun talking,talking,talking. I think our waiters always get annoyed when it is like the sixth time they come over to get our order and we still haven't look at the menu.....sorry, we've been chatting! haha It is always great to get together and see what everyone is doing and how their lives are going. I love these girls so much and miss them everyday. Thanks girls for such a fun night!!!!

My sister in law, Kami sent me this fun web site that guesses what your baby is going to look like. You add a photo of the mom and Dad and it makes a baby. :) Try it out it was really fun!

I hope that you all had a day filled with cookies and flowers and a whole lot of kisses!!!!

I have always enjoyed how lovely everyone is to one another on valentines day. I hope you were one of those lovely people that told everyone how much you love them!

There is nothing better then a flower arrangement next to your bed to smell all night long. ahhhh! love it!!!!
I love holidays...its always a good day to break a diet and eat yummy treats!

A picture is worth a thousand words....

I can't even tell you in words the feelings that I felt today when this little picture popped up on the ultrasound screen. I have never before felt so proud. This little baby is in me and everyday I am helping it become bigger and stronger. It is amazing to me that I can create such a darling. Austin and I have fallin madly in love with this little peanut and we can't wait to see how much it grows by our next visit.

The Secrets finally out!

We're having a BABY!!!!!

Austin and I will be having a baby on September 4, 2009. Which means that I am 10 weeks. We couldn't be more excited about anything in the world!!! We can't wait to see what we are having and to be able to have a little family together.
I have been feeling really good, just a handful of nauseous mornings but nothing I can't handle. :) My belly is getting a teeny tiny bump on it, I just look like I've eaten too much. haha I can't wait until I have a huge prego belly. I go to the doctor on Friday and I will post our darling peanut on here as soon as I have a chance.
